Breakthrough Miami Partners with Assurant® to Launch New Tech Service to Support The Next Generation of Diverse Leaders & Educational Advocates

Breakthrough Miami has teamed up with Assurant to ensure our Scholars, Teaching Fellows, volunteers, staff and alumni are able to seamlessly advance teaching, learning and connecting in person and at home with the launch of Personal TechProSM by Assurant®. This world-class wraparound technical support service will provide expert assistance to ensure our Breakthrough Village can easily maximize technology to support teaching and learning.

Personal TechPro offers unlimited expert help by a team of highly educated tech specialists based in the U.S. The Personal TechPro specialists will help troubleshoot and set up laptops, desktop computers, and more for the Breakthrough Miami Village. The team can help to: 

  • Set up a laptop or other connected device
  • Troubleshoot connection issues
  • Clean up a laptop so it runs faster
  • Maintain/optimize connectivity

Personal TechPro will quickly take care of all sorts of tech issues so Breakthrough Miami Scholars, Fellows, Alumni and staff are able to creatively and effectively incorporate diverse technology, tools and platforms to advance teaching and learning.
