Breakthrough Miami’s Pickleball Social Aces the Day!

Our 2024 Pickleball Social yielded a net gain for fun and friendraising! Event guests brought energy, pickleball skills, and a genuine interest in learning more about our mission. We made a meaningful impact through our collective engagement, generating funds to support five more Scholars through a year of Breakthrough programming. 

This support enables Breakthrough Miami to advance and serve our Scholars and families through our unmatched cost-free programming. As an Opportunity Generator, Breakthrough Miami offers a unique environment of academic rigor, high expectations, a growth mindset, wrap-around support, mentorship, and advising to help students catch their dreams. Our signature students-teaching-students model is a transformative experience that supports both the mentor and the mentee.

The event was a perfect blend of fun, style, and community spirit, introducing more than 100 new families to the transformative Breakthrough Miami mission, programs, and impact. From novices to pros, guests leveled up their pickleball game and showcased their skills in round-robin rallies and instruction by Stéphane Jolicoeur. Off the court, connections were made over savory bites, fresh juices,  a fun raffle, and unique pop-ups.
