We are celebrating a historical moment of achievement! Breakthrough Miami is proud to be honored as Program of the Year by The Children’s Trust. Selected for the award among more than 300 Trust-funded programs, this honor is a prestigious milestone.
Since 2007 Breakthrough Miami has been generously funded by The Trust. Their initial investment, along with the Knight Foundation, enabled the program to expand into a multi-site model and ignited transformational growth in reach, scope, and impact. As an integral and enduring partner, the Trust has supported and celebrated Breakthrough Miami’s commitment to the highest levels of excellence in service to children and families in this community.
This month, 1,200 community, non-profit, corporate, and civic leaders committed to youth and education were gathered at the awards luncheon. Surrounded as well by our staff, alumni, Scholar families, and partners, Breakthrough Miami was honored to receive this award on behalf of our Village. We are pleased to share the awardee video.
